In 2024, we wanted to give back and support local Indigenous youth, so we decided to launch a Fern Fundraiser in support of the Urban Native Youth Association.
We partnered with Coast Salish artist, Andrea Fritz, to design t-shirts and bags.
We then had them printed on sustainable cotton at local Burnaby printers, Pressing Matters.
Over the course of 2024, thanks to the support of many community members, we sold 62 shirts and 50 bags. Minus the cost of printing, we raised a total of $1,076! On Dec 26, 2024, we made a charitable donation of this full amount to the Urban Native Youth Association!
