Last night, with the support of Tasha Murray, Executive Director of the Invasive Species Council of Metro Vancouver, Free the Fern had a very successful Invasive Removal Zoom Session. 70 people from around the Lower Mainland and beyond participated in the session. Tasha presented a detailed talk about types of invasives in Metro Vancouver, removal methods and resources. Many people contributed to the question period that followed. We plan to follow-up the session with a Hands-On Learning Event on Saturday, June 12. Contact us if you are interested to participate!
