Free the Fern Stewardship Society held our first Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, Aug 23, 2023. Together, 11 local residents and Free the Fern directors gathered on Zoom. Free the Fern Executive Director, Grace Nombrado, chaired the AGM, while Free the Fern Secretary, Catherine Munn, took the minutes.
At the meeting the 2023-2024 Budget was approved.
In addition, Grace shared our Free the Fern Annual Report for 2022-2023.
We also voted in 4 new directors to our board, including:
- Andrea Papineau
- Barbara Lane
- Genevieve Finn
- Joshua Ralph
